Year 6 Rugby Success

A huge congratulations to our fantastic Year 6 rugby team, who won the Cheshire Fire 7’s Rugby Tournament. What an amazing achievement and a brilliant display of teamwork, determination and sportsmanship.

The team competed against five other schools in a round-robin style tournament, meaning they had to play everyone. They showed great resilience and teamwork throughout the competition and finished overall winners of the tournament - a fantastic accomplishment. 

Their victory means that they have now qualified for the next round, which will take place on 30th April at Victoria Park.

If the team is successful in that round, they will go on to play at the Halliwell Jones Stadium - home of the Warrington Wolves. 

We are incredibly proud of the team and wish them the very best of luck in the next stage. Well done boys, you were brilliant!
