Gunge the Teacher

What an amazing afternoon at our much-anticipated Gunge the Teacher event!

After a couple of weeks of voting, the results were finally revealed. The three members of staff who received the most votes – and therefore earned themselves a very messy surprise – were:-

Mr Heatley – 1st Place

Miss Harvey – 2nd Place

Mrs Middlemore – 3rd Place

With parents, carers and children cheering them on, our brave volunteers took their seats in the hot spot and were thoroughly covered in slime!

There were lots of laughs and plenty of gunge as everyone enjoyed watching the event unfold.

Thank you to everyone who took part by voting for their chosen teacher and helping to make the event such a memorable one.

We are delighted to announce that together we raised an incredible £393! This fantastic amount will go directly to the PTFA, helping to fund activities, resources and experiences that benefit all of our children throughout the school year.

A huge thank you goes to Mrs Steven and our PTFA members for organising the event, to our staff who were such great sports, and to all of our families and pupils for their generosity and support. Events like these not only raise valuable funds but also create great memories and bring our school community together.

Well done to everyone involved – especially Mr Heatley, Miss Harvey and Mrs Middlemore, who took one for the team and faced the gunge with great humour.
