Year 5 Music – Here Comes the Sun

Year 5 have been developing their musical skills by learning to play notes on the glockenspiel. They have been following sheet music to learn the melody of “Here Comes the Sun”, carefully reading the notes and playing them in the correct order.

The children have been working hard to develop their musical notation skills, keeping a steady rhythm and listening carefully to ensure their notes were played accurately. They have also been building their confidence when performing and enjoying the challenge of learning a new piece of music.

It has been great to see the children putting their musical skills into practice and supporting each other as they learn.
