Burtonwood Pupils Take on July's Victoria Park Parkrun

It was fantastic to see so many Burtonwood pupils taking part in the July Parkrun at Victoria Park, St Helens. Once again, our children showed great determination, resilience and enthusiasm as they completed the 5K course.

Many of the pupils have been preparing through our after-school running club, where they have been working hard to improve their fitness and endurance. It was wonderful to see their commitment rewarded as they crossed the finish line with smiles on their faces and a real sense of accomplishment.

The Parkrun continues to be a brilliant way for our pupils to stay active, challenge themselves and enjoy being part of the local community. It was especially lovely to see families supporting one another and cheering all the runners on throughout the morning.

A huge well done to everyone who took part. We are incredibly proud of your effort and positive attitude, and we look forward to seeing even more Burtonwood pupils at future Parkruns!
