Sewing Club Update

Our after-school sewing club has got off to a fantastic start. The children have been busy learning basic sewing skills while working on a fun and creative project - making their very own Jelly Cats.

Over the past few weeks, the children have been learning how to safely use sewing equipment, practise different stitches and carefully cut and assemble their fabric pieces. They have shown great patience and concentration while developing these new skills, and it has been wonderful to see their confidence grow each week.

Everyone has been really enjoying the club and there has been lots of excitement as their Jelly Cats start to take shape. The children have also been supporting and encouraging one another, which has created a lovely atmosphere during the sessions.

We are very proud of the effort and creativity they have all shown so far and we can’t wait to see the finished Jelly Cats when their projects are complete.
